1 .Exchange
It is possible for you to exchange the item(s) in 30 days after the package was delivery.You can ship it to our warehouse. After we received the original package, we will send you another fit one. The whole process might take some time and cost of returning-shipping fee.
2.Return Policy
- Items should be not worn out ,not in damaged or washed and the label should be attached .
- For Swimwear and Underwear,if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service, please understand.
- We accept return based on inappropriate size,inferior quality and shade of color .Pictures of the product are just for your reference.If there is inconsistency between the image and the actual product will prevail.
- We offer partial refund for the free shipping items .

- We offer refund (order shipping cost ,tax and return shipping cost for all items is not included). Return requests will only be acceptable in 30 days after you receive your item(s).
- If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
